- 56 ounces canned tomatoes
- 29 ounces tomato sauce
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 1 (6 ounce) can mixed mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 teaspoons onion powder
- 1⁄4 cup sweet pepper flake
- 1⁄2 cup parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 -6 basil leaves
- 1 (32 ounce) box spaghetti noodles
directions
- Chopped mushrooms, and garlic in small pieces.
- Add all ingredients in large pot, except basil and spaghetti noodles.
- Simmer for 4-6 hours.
- Uncover the last hour and add basil leaves.
- Prepare spaghetti noodles.
- Yummy!

Yet another recipe I made primarily to freeze, but kept enough out for a spaghetti dinner for the 2 of us! With the exception of leaving out the mushrooms, the recipe was followed & the resulting sauce is VERY, VERY GOOD! For freezing I divided it into enough for 3 servings each!
