- 3 (10 ounce) frozed chopped spinach
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (6 ounce) package jalapeno cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- buttered bread crumb
directions
- Add spinach, butter and chopped onion into medium saucepan and cook until tender.
- Drain liquid from spinach and save 1/2 cup of the liquid
- Transfer spinach into bowl.
- In saucepan, add evaporated milk and the liquid from spinach and cook until slightly thickened.
- Add jalapeno cheese, worchestersire sauce, celery salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- Stir in spinach and pour into greased 2 quart baking dish.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake ata 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
