  • Cut chicken wings at the joint(I discard the tip).
  • Roll in eggs and then in flour.
  • Fry in veg oil until golden.
  • Put in casserole dish.
  • Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over chicken.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes; take out half way through to turn the wings over to cover them completely with the sauce. Enjoy !

  1. This is good. I used rice vinegar (not as much vinegar) and less sugar, a lot less. It was very good. I will try Splenda next time and see how it is to hand to my daughter. thanks!
