Japanese Chicken Wings

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Sauce
- 6 tablespoons soya sauce
- 6 tablespoons water
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vinegar
directions
- Cut chicken wings at the joint(I discard the tip).
- Roll in eggs and then in flour.
- Fry in veg oil until golden.
- Put in casserole dish.
- Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes; take out half way through to turn the wings over to cover them completely with the sauce. Enjoy !
