Back when I was about 9 or 10 years old I use to cook with my grandmother who was from italy. She taught me how to cook ( you could say old school ). After that I was hooked. All i wanted to do is to cook for who ever wanted to eat. I would cook what other people wanted to eat. if I have'nt cooked it before I would find a recipe to make them happy. Hope I can give that to other people in this web site. hope to talk to many of you in the future. Also will be glad to get a lot more input from other people (chefs ).
