DIRECTIONS

  • Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of heavy duty foil.
  • Bake at 450 for 7 minutes.
  • Reduce oven heat to 350.
  • Brown sausage and drain well.
  • Place cottage cheese and egg into blender and process until smooth.
  • Stir into potatoes along with the sour cream and seasonings.
  • Place sausage in paster shell and top with potatoes.
  • Drizzle with butter.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and let stand until melted.
  • Serve.
