"My grandma's beloved cheesecake"

ingredients

• 32 ounces cream cheese
• 6 eggs, room temperature
• 1 1⁄2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 4 ounces margarine, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon coconut extract
• 1 teaspoon orange
• 1 teaspoon rum extract
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon anise extract
• 1 lb ricotta cheese
• 3 ounces diced citron

directions

1. mix ingrediants in order given.
2. put batter in 10" spring form bake at 450 10 minute.
3. turn to 350 bake for an hour.
4. place in pan of water while baking. Let stand 2 hrs before remmoving from oven.
5. Chill 4-5 hours before serving.
