ingredients
- 32 ounces cream cheese
- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1⁄2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 ounces margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 teaspoon orange
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon anise extract
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 3 ounces diced citron
directions
- mix ingrediants in order given.
- put batter in 10" spring form bake at 450 10 minute.
- turn to 350 bake for an hour.
- place in pan of water while baking. Let stand 2 hrs before remmoving from oven.
- Chill 4-5 hours before serving.
