Incredibly Easy Holiday Ham Glaze

"This recipe is so easy, especially if you've already chosen to make a dish using canned sweet potatoes. The syrup from the sweet potatoes is perfect for a base of a glaze."

• Yields: 1/2 Ham

ingredients

• 2 (16 ounce) cans sweet potatoes
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 4 tablespoons prepared mustard

directions

1. Drain syrup from sweet potatoes and set potatoes aside for any other purpose. You only need the syrup for this recipe.
2. Combine all ingredients with a wisk and apply to ham or do like I do and use as a dipping sauce. Works great for pork chops, breakfast sausage and Swedish meatballs too!
