Ice Cream and Mixed Berry Pops

ingredients
- 3 cups blackberries
- 3 cups strawberries, hulled
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
directions
- Purée berries and 1 cup ice cream in blender until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve, pressing on berry mixture to extract liquid. Discard solids. Transfer berry mixture to a clean blender with remaining 3 cups ice cream, and purée until smooth.
- Divide mixture among sixteen 2 12/2 oz. ice-pop molds, and freeze until hardened, at least 4 hours. pops can be frozen for up to 3 days.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
