Hot Southwest Dip

"This is a great dip served with tortilla chips. A hit with the DH and the children. If someone wants more spicy heat serve some of your favorite hot sauce on the side."

• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 21 ounces bushes grilling beans, Black Bean Fiesta (flavor)
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 (4 ounce) cans fire roasted green chilies, chopped
• 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese

directions

1. Spread softened cream cheese in the bottom of a 9" deep dish pie plate.
2. Layer, beans, onion, chile peppers and cheddar cheese
3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted.
