This was so easy that I was able to throw it together after a last minute invite to a neighbors for dinner. The taste was mild and fresh and went well with the sesame crackers I served it with. I used a sweet Walla Walla onion and greek yogurt instead of mayonaise and some rosemary and oreganos in the mix and finally sprinkled cayenne pepper on top for a little bite. Think I could have used a little more time in the oven to blend all the flavors more. So simple, light and fresh - I'll be keeping this one around. Thanks so much for posting.

Mmmm, so easy and soooooo good! Loved this! Such a great little dip with a nice bite from the onion. I used a fresh red onion and yogurt in place of the mayo as thats what I had on hand. It worked out so great and went really well with crudites.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this keeper with us, JulieB's Hive!
Made and reviewed for Aussi Swap #51 April 2011.
