2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
2 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ¹⁄₄ cups water

directions

Mix first 7 ingredients. Pour into a greased 13 x 9" baking pan. Combine topping of last 4 ingredients. Pour over cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
