Hot Chocolate Mix

"I found this recipe in our local paper. I make it at Christmas for my nephews and nieces and they love it. I include instructions and bag of marshmallows. For the cappuccino lovers in your family, I use this basic mix and add additional spices and instant coffee. Check out the "Instant Cappuccino Mix" recipe"

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 4 cups of mix

ingredients

• 2 cups powdered milk
• 1 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
• 1 cup sugar
• 3⁄4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 dash salt

directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Pack into airtight containers.
2. To server: Place 4 heaping tablespoons mix inot a mug, add 1 cup hot water and stir. Add marshmallows or whipped cream.
