Nice smooth honey vinaigrette with a balance of sweet. Very good my new favorite dressing. Best part is that all the ingredients are things you would normally have in your pantry. You can sub red wine vinegar for the apple cider Also I sub a dash of adobe sauce (that canned chipotles come in) for the ground chipotle powder.

teaspoon paprika

cup extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients, except oil in a blender (or with whisk by hand). Blend 10-20 seconds on low speed.
Slowly drizzle olive oil into blender on low speed.
Chill for at least an hour.
