Really enjoyed the flavor of this marinade! It was just different enough, that I will include it in my 'go-to' marinade book, whose purpose is to perk up plain chicken! Goes together quickly, and the tenders marinated 8 hours. I cooked them on the GF grill, and they were yummy! Made for Best of 2010 tag game. Thanks for sharing, CHILI SPICE!

It doesn't get much easier than this for a tasty marinade. I marnated some pork chops over night and then threw them on the grill. Yummy! Made for April, 2010 Aus/NZ Swap.

I'll be using this often. I put the marinade and two boneless chicken breasts in a plastic bag, and let soak for about 6 hours. I then breaded them and baked. Very moist with a nice flavour. Thanks Chili Spice for a wonderful entree. Made for Auzzie/NZ Recipe Swap #27.

Made this to marinade a couple of chicken breasts to include in a salad for lunch! Flavorfully wonderful! You certainly have the knack when it comes to marinades & spices! keeping this recipe on hand! [Made & reviewed for one of my teammates in the Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #16]
