  1. A delicious recipe! I used 12 wings and doubled the sauce. Baked for 1 hour. I used 4T. Srirachi sauce instead of Tabasco. Sauce turns into a sticky sweet garlicky spicy glaze. Fantastic! Will definitely make again

  2. WOW this was so good but I did have to change the quantities of the spices a little so it wasn't too overpowering especially for the DM who hates super hot but we have got her to the point we can put some bite into it, the other thing is that my chilli powder is super hot so only used a teaspoon (this is a present from a neighbour who grows her own chillies, dries them and then grinds them up and makes her own blends and this is her super hot one which consists of 8 different chillies, take my word for it, it will blow your socks of). I also decreased the honey for dietary reasons. Cooked the wings in the marinade for 1 hour at 175C fan forced and they were fall off the bone tender and left that warm feeling in your mouth and were finger licking good. I served with couscous but next time will serve with rice so as to use up that wonderful sauce. Thank you Road Runner, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.

  3. I cooked this today and it was great. It wasn't overpowering and had a nice flavor. I used boneless skinless tenders and only baked for 30 min and it still turned out great. i would recommend this recipe.
