ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup berry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄8 cup finely diced onion
- 2⁄3 cup salad oil
- 1 dash salt and pepper
directions
- Whisk together vinegar, honey and mustard.
- Add onion.
- Whisk while adding oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill at least one hour.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Shake before using.
