Homemade Sweet and Sour Sauce

"Simple sweet and sour sauce recipe. Doesn't store long so use it up fast."

• Yields: 1/2 cup

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon ketchup

directions

1. In a small saucepan mix the brown sugar and the flour together well.
2. Add remaining 4 ingredients.
3. Over medium heat,bring to a boil.
4. Let boil for 1 to 2 minutes, remove from heat and use hot or cold.
