Haven't made it yet, but I now know how to create a lower-sodium hot dog than those you purchase at the store. Will post an update after I try them; however, I'm currently looking for an easier way to handle the casings stuff. Wish me luck!! I really don't know how long this will take to make, so I posted a guestimate.
