ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb thick sliced bacon
directions
- mix flour, sugar and pepper together.
- sprinkle on bacon slices.
- place bacon on baking sheet then bake at 400* for 10-15 minutes or browned and crisp.

I love this recipe! I had reservations at first but kept thinking about it so I had to try it! I made half the recipe with Farmland thick sliced bacon and added about 1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno salt. It is so good! Thanks for the recipe! -
Thanks, I LOVED this recipe!! Made a LB for the 2 of us for dinner along with toast and eggs. Had enough for leftovers for a wonderful BLT in the morning. Will be on the breakfast table at Christmas this year.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
