  1. Thanks Tara, this was so easy and just delicious. I used about 1 t. minced garlic and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese because we are total garlic-cheese heads. This is a great week-night, need to get out of the kitchen fast recipe. Husband and kids all enjoyed it. Thanks for posting.

  2. This got mixed reviews at my house, but since my opinion counts more than theirs in the kitchen, I give it a five. My mother also loved it, but my husband and boys said it was OK. I may try it again so I can enjoy it and maybe increase the meat and garlic in it to satisfy their spoiled behinds (oops did I say that?).

  3. Good recipe Tara. Easy to make but needed just a bit more flavor for our tastes. Will make again using more garlic and onion.

  4. I needed to make something really quick this morning before I went to school, and decided on this. I just put it all together, stuck it in the fridge, and went to school! Unfortunately, I did not get to try it (we have leftovers though, so I will have some tomorrow)I had a Key Club banquet thing to go to. So, of those that did try it- they liked it a lot. My brother said it was pretty good, that it should have 4 stars, and that it may have needed a little more "umf" (Don't ask me what that is!) It smelled very good, but it doesn't look very appetizing (but then again, nothing does once it is in the fridge for leftovers...) Well, thank you for sharing! I can't wait to try it!
