- 1⁄2 cup hellmann mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 teaspoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
directions
- Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
- Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

This turned out amazingly well for a fast, delicious meal. I pounded the breasts to even thickness, used low fat mayo, and added some roasted garlic seasoning. I also used a sprinkling of whole wheat panko instead of breadcrumbs so that there would be a good crunch. I'll certainly use this one again. Thanks
