- 1 sweet potato, large
- 1 cup apple, peeled and sliced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
directions
- Preheat oven 350 deg.
- Spray 1 quart baking dish.
- Peel and slice potato (1/4 inch slices).
- Place potato and apple slices in baking dish.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over vegetables.
- Pour juice over all cover and bake 30 minute.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter.
- Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 15 minute.
