Healthy Smoothie

"Trying to lower cholesterol levels, I got tired of eating oatmeal everyday, so I came up with this smoothie that includes ingredients that are supposed to lower your cholesterol - oatmeal, orange juice and cinnamon. I don't dread breakfast anymore as this creamy concoction is really tasty and I KNOW it's good for me! The banana supplies the potasium I need each day. Cook time is the blending time, which I estimated."

  1. This is really delicious! The smoothie came out really thick. I cut up the banana and put it in the freezer before blending. I also added flax seed because I happened to have it on hand. Thanks for sharing!!!
