ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla soymilk (regular milk works too)
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
- 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt (any flavor will work)

- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!

This was a great smoothie. I used regular milk and substituted a banana for blueberries. The only problem I had was the frozen strawberries not blending as well. So even though I bought them fresh, I might not freeze them next time. Also, I added two tablespoons of ground flax seeds for extra omega 3 and fiber.
