- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blackberrie
- 1⁄2 cup mango, chunks
- 1⁄2 small avocado
- 2 packets aritificial artificial sweetener
directions
- Blend all ingredients until smoothe.
- Enjoy!

Considering the amount of sugar showing in the Nutrition Facts, I omitted the sweetener, but otherwise followed your recipe right on down, including the avocado, something I usually try to avoid! Absolutely loved this smoothie & will certainly be making it again, avocado included! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]

I followed this recipe exactly, making enough for 5 servings for our breakfast this morning. It was all "mmmm's" around my table this morning. I really loved that this recipe didn't add any regular sugar, as I am a type 1 diabetic. Sometimes it's hard for me to find a smoothie that doesn't badly effect my blood sugar levels. It was delicious and I am sure that I will be making this often. Especially during the summer when we want something to cool down with. Thank you for a great smoothie Baking Girl!
