ingredients
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 3⁄4 cup sliced almonds
- 3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
- cinnamon (optional)
directions
- Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave until runny, then add all else. Mix well, form into balls and cool.
- I used a combination of dried cherries and dried apricots. You could use anything that you like.

Really good! A little sweet, so I would lessen or take out the honey (and substitute more peanut butter) because the peanut butter and whey protein added to the sweetness already. We used smooth peanut butter and dried cranberries and no cinnamon. A great high protein peanut butter snack!! Really quick and easy too!! Also, we keep these in the freezer and grab a couple for the go.

I like cooking when I get the chance, but being a teacher, coach, artist, and mom and wife leaves me little time. Everything I have been trying to find is fast stuff or crockpot stuff that doesn't burn or dry up. This is a great site!
