I'm a college student that does not enjoy typical college food: roman noodles, hot dogs, sugary cereals and hot pockets. After my mother suffered from multiple minor strokes, the whole family realized the importance of nutritional eating. That meant wiser shopping and a little more time in the kitchen preparing our meals. After a year abroad in my beloved Paris, France my desire to really learn how to cook increased. I love to cook. I love to experiment; throwing all different kinds of spices and ingredients together and praying for a tasty outcome. I look forward to contributing some of my inventions and/or alterations!
