So easy and good! but I don't have a onion and Sesame oil. I do use low sodium soy sauce and 1 cup of water with spam, garlic and cabbage. It is so good for lunch time. Mahalo

Quick, easy and cheap. Well, spam ain't cheap anymore, but it used to be. It is still cheaper than other canned meats if you are on a tight budget. A little will go a long way. I always have spam as an emergency back up food that has a very long shelf life. I make this often. I do use low sodium soy sauce, because spam is salty enough. Cabbage helps to temper the salt as well. I like onions, but I often leave out the garlic because I don't like it. It is a good filling meal in a hurry or for a packed lunch with rice and Hawaiian chili pepper water.

I made this! Righteous Kau Kau Brudda! Instead of the garlic I used garlic-ginger paste and I sliced the SPAM in thin strips instead of cubes. Came out great with plain rice. Easy recipe even if you don't know how to cook. I had the left over for breakfast next day with two fried eggs on top. It'll buss yo mouth!
