ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 lb deli ham
- 1 cup saltine crumbs
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper

SAUCE
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
directions
- Mix all ingredients except sauce, together.blend well.
- Roll into balls.
- Place closely together on baking sheet.
- Mix together sauce and pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 300* for 1 hour.
- Yield varies on how large you make the balls.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
