Habanero Papaya Sauce

ingredients

• 3 -4 habanero peppers, seeds removed chopped
• 2 cups white vinegar
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 (15 ounce) can diced papaya and juice
• 1⁄2 cup golden raisin
• 1⁄4 cup malt vinegar
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
• 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground turmeric

directions

1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer 10 minute
2. Blend until smooth. pour into containers.
