Four stars - really good. I made this as stated and it's very good, just a bit thin to remain on (or in) the pot sticker. The second time I also added black bean sauce and liked that, plus it was thicker. If you want it spicier, just add some crushed red pepper or a bit of sriracha. A keeper, thanks for posting, Wendys Kitchen, I'll use this one again!

Have been trying to eat in more and bought some gyoza at Trader Joe's this past week. Needed a dipping sauce and choose this one because it had a good hit of ginger, a favorite. I didn't have black vinegar and read that balsamic with a bit of sugar would be a good substitute. The sauce was really good with a nice blend of flavors. Did add a little extra vinegar because I do like tang. Came together in a jiff and will certainly make often. Made for the Bargain Basement Game.
