This chicken dish is very impressive. The flavors of the cheese and green onions are wonderful together, and adding the brandy gives it another full flavor depth. We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, savory dish. I did not change anything, and I can't think of anything I would change. I served this with creamed spinach, and fruit salad. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

We loved this for dinner tonight. I found this recipe in the cookbook,"Step by STep, Quick Short Chicken Recipes." I came here to post the recipe and found you had already posted it Evie. Sure is a good one and it has the added bonus that it comes together very quickly! Just throw a couple of spuds in the micro and dinner is done :)
