  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 13 cup cooked indian curry
  • 1 slice cheese (optional)

  • Butter each slice of bread, one side only.
  • Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a heated griddle or frying pan.
  • Layer the curry and a slice of cheese (optional) on the bread slice.
  • Lay the second piece of bread on the top, buttered side up.
  • Fry the sandwich, flipping over the sandwich with a spatula, until both sides of the bread are brown and the curry is hot.
  • Nice served with soup.
