"This is another excellent recipe from a local TV Cookbook by "KCTS Cooks" (on the grill). It was sent in by proud Parents of a gourmet cook. Telling us that it will knock your socks off and stand by for a blast! I have made this numerous times and it will send you for a blast!"

 1. This was a good marinade, and permeated the fish. We had fresh from AK halibut but felt it overwhelmed this delicious fish and was a little salty for our tastes. The overall flavor was good, but would need some tweaking if we made it again. I thought the sauce was great for dipping, my husband didn't like it as much. Again, maybe if we used it on a lesser cut of meat where you might be trying to "cover up" some fishy tastes it would be great. Made for 123 hit wonders.

 2. pretty darn good. We loved the marinade, but will skip the sauce next time. Quick and easy , that's what we like in our kitchen. Thanks Teresa. Made for 123 tag.

 3. Wonderfully flavorful marinade for fish. My grocery store was out of halibut, so I got Corvina instead. I used the inside grill and it cooked up fabulously! The sauce compliments the fish well. Very tasty!

 4. This was a great seasoning for the halibut. We thought the sauce was too much in the fact the fish was perfectly fine without the sauce. Will definitely make again, but no sauce needed with such a perfect blend of seasonings. thanks for posting

? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state? We have 2 wonderful children, both grown. My son lives in LA and my daughter and her husband recently moved back in the area with their little boy...our grandson... who just turned?5 years old. We have a granddaughter who lives close by...she just turned 23 this year. She's a sweetheart.? Life is good when you have a son and a?daughter and they?gift?you with a granddaughter and grandson. :)??
