Green Tomato and Zucchini Bread

"This turned out so good. I have an old recipe from my mom, and didn't have all the ingredients so I started to play around...THIS IS BETTER! It's also a great way to use up a few green tomatoes as the season comes to an end."

  • Mix the dry ingredients. Puree the tomatoes in a food processor, or blender. Mix the wet ingredients. Mix together in the bowl. Cook at 325 for 20 minute Cool on wire rack, and place in bags, or wrap with tin foil.
