    cup chopped onion

    (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli

    (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Stir cheese whiz into hot rice.
  • Meanwhile heat margarine in skillet and sauté celery and onion until soft but not brown.
  • Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
  • Fold celery, onion, broccoli, and soup into rice mixture.
  • Pour into greased 3 quart casserole.
  • Bake uncovered 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
