  • Cut potato & zucchini into small pieces, and chop onion.
  • Preheat olive oil in pan over medium high heat, and saute with salt and pepper (to taste) for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add hominy, cannelini, and stock and bring to a boil.
  • Stir in noodles and frozen green beans and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook 5 minutes longer, or until noodles are cooked.
