  1. What great tasting packets. These would be perfect to prepare and take camping....just bring along the feta to add when they're done! I added some tomatoes to mine, as well, just because it sounded good! Thnx for sharing your recipe, GaylaV. Made for the Voracious Vagabonds of ZWT 6.

  2. Oh how lovely! Used the tomatoes from the garden with some of our fresh basil instead of canned tomatoes, and the addition of fresh oregano. Only changes I made to this lovely dish! I used the oven as well, and thought I was in heaven!! Made for ZWT 6

  3. These were great! I agree with a previous reviewer that they'd be good to take along when camping. I used the oven method this time since it's been rather cool outside and there's no worry of overheating the kitchen. Made for ZWT6 SSaSSy's for Zingo.

  4. Followed the directions pretty exactly with a touch extra green beans and feta. We really enjoyed this! I used the oven method, baking for 20 minutes, and then I let the packets rest a bit while I finished everything else. Made for ZWT6 Zingo for the Whine and Cheese gang.

  5. Definitely easy, healthy, and attractive. I split the recipe in half. I put into covered casserole and that might be the reason my beans were crunchy after 25 minutes--should have made two packets or maybe used canned beans instead? I did drain the tomatoes but there was plenty of liquid when I removed it from oven. Served with recipe#209665. Thank you Gayla for sharing. Made for Unrulies Under the Influence for Family Picks of ZWT6.
