This was gone in seconds! I used blue cheese instead of ranch, and I used "Frank's Red Hot". This pizza is a hit!!

This was very, very good! I used a thin crust dough and stuffed the crust with cheese. For the chicken, I chopped up rotisserie chicken breasts and used Frank's hot wing hot sauce. This was perfect and better than any pizza place around here. Thanks so much for posting! :)

Being from Buffalo You can NOT call it Buffalo Chicken Pizza is you use ranch!! Every Buffaloian uses ONLY Bleu Cheese and Only Franks Hot Sauce... Every pizzeria in Buffalo uses Bleu Cheese & Franks- they are both Buffalo staples. Bring on the Bleu Cheese and omit the ranch completely

People in Buffalo would flip out if you used Ranch. Blue cheese is authentic.

They range from being an avid reader to decorating home, loving cats, embroidery, painting, writing poems and letters to friends, endless thinking, collecting candles, music, trying various cuisines and reaching out to people. I love cooking and devising ways to smash set patterns of cooking. I do not like over use of spices in the cooking and am dead against using readymade or canned ingredients. Cooking is my favourite prescription for busting all the stress that I accumulate in the work place.
