Grandma's Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (Grandma told me to use a serving tablespoon, not a measuring tablespoon.)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- milk
directions
- Stir together powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
- Mix in peanut butter and enough milk to make spreading consistency.

This is a pretty good recipe. I used a serving tablespoon (as directed), but I thought it could stand to use a bit more cocoa powder (maybe a "heaping" tablespoon next time). I found the texture to be a little pasty, so I may try half & half and a little less PB, hoping to get a smoother spread. I spread this over a hot brownie (now I just have to figure out what to do with the remaining frosting). Over-all, it was nice. Thank you for posting. (Made for PAC - Spring 2013)
