  • Line or grease a 9x9" square pan.
  • Bottom layer: Melt butter, sugar, and cocoa together over low heat. Remove from heat then add egg, vanilla, graham crumbs, coconut and nuts. Knead and press into 9" square pan.
  • Middle layer: mix softened butter, icing sugar and custard powder. Add milk carefully until icing consistency, about 1 tablespoons Spread over bottom layer.
  • Top layer: Melt chocolates with butter over low heat. Pour on top, shake pan to spread and chill.
  • Score the lines in chocolate layer to create 6x6 or 36 squares while top has not fully set.
  • When cool, cut into squares and refrigerate or freeze.
