- 1⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup low fat graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Splenda granular
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon applesauce
- 1 egg white
directions
- mix wet ingredients.
- mix dry ingredients.
- add wet to dry and let sit for 10 minutes.
- cook pancakes in a skillet!
