- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 lb gorgonzola, crumbled
directions
- Heat butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and cook together to forma roux. DO NOT BROWN Add the milk and whisk together until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirringuntil thickened. Add the Gorgonzola and stir until mixed very well but still lumpy. About 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve.
