Gordons Bagel Sandwich

"We just came up with this in trail and error, my son Gordon claims this is his favorite sandwich!!"

ingredients

• 1 bagel, toasted
• 1 tablespoon honey mustard dressing
• 2 -3 slices ham (thinly sliced)
• 1⁄4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1⁄8 cup alfalfa sprout

directions

1. spread honey mustard dressing on toasted bagel.
2. add ham and cheese.
3. microwave one minute or until cheese is melted.
4. add sprouts.
5. serve open face or put together in sandwich style.
