Gluten-Free Coconut Pineapple Strawberry Smoothies

"© 2014 Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. All rights reserved. Smoothies can be deceptively fattening and loaded with sugar, despite being touted as a healthy snack. This version skips ice cream and yogurt and uses frozen coconut milk to provide a rich, creamy texture. Flax seeds are added to boost the natural goodness of strawberries and pineapples."
