Strawberry Pineapple Banana Smoothie

"My sister always requests this. Ingredient measurements are not exact; I kind of just throw it all together. I don't always this exact combination of fruits either, it's usually whatever we have on hand. Makes 2 servings."

 1. You can't go wrong with this recipe! I had to use canned pineapples (sorry!) since I couldn't get hold of fresh this time, but I definitely will try with fresh when I can get hold of one! I froze all the fruits before using and so I didn't need the ice. I used lemon yoghurt too. Thank you, Andrew, for sharing this wonderful recipe, definitely a keeper!

 2. Outstanding!!

I used fresh squeezed orange juice and plain yoghurt as well as fresh pineapple and Strawberries This recipe is my new all time favorite. We just bought a Nina blender and we have been making all kinds of smoothies. Since we live in Florida the strawberries and oranges are in season in February and March so I have been taking advantage of this opportunity.

Try this one you will not be disappointed!!

 3. When you can't find great fresh pineapple, you do the best you can, 'can' being the key word here! Ah, well, another time I'll must make this when I do have fresh pineapple on hand! Still, we enjoyed the combo of of fruits along with the OJ & (in our case) lemon yogurt! And, I did use frozen bananas & left out the ice for A MOST ENJOYABLE SMOOTHIE! 2. Good morning! I'm up early this morning because I'm getting in my daily consumption of potassium with my bananas. I typed in a recipe upon looking at the lovely pineapple my hubby bought last night mainly for the bromeline to help combat arthritis. I said to myself,"self how about we make a banana, pineapple, strawberry, lemon smoothie with no ice. So I put all these ingredients in the freezer for about 1 hour then I blended 2 bananas 1 whole lemon,4 slices of fresh pineapple ( about 2 cups) and to make it creamier 1 cup of chobani blueberry Greek yogurt. Here's the kicker I used the whole fruit skin and all y'all ! OMG ALL YOUR VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN THE BEAUTIFUL NATURAL FRESH SMOOTHIE! FABULOUSLY DELICIOUS. MY HUBBY CAME DOWNSTAIRS AND ASKED," CAN I TRY SOME, I WAS LIKE SURE NOW HE'S IN LOVE AND ASKED COULD I MAKE IT AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK. I SAID SURE BIG PAPA AS LONG AS YOU KEEP THE FRESH SUPPLIES STOCKED I WILL BE A SMOOTHIE MAKIN DIVA!
