Glazed Honey-Garlic Chicken

"A great sweet chicken recipe that was given to me by my Grandma. Not too sure where she picked it up, but delicious none-the-less."

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon white vinegar
• 4 boneless chicken breasts

• Dipping Sauce

• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 1⁄2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1⁄2 cup ketchup

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix oil, garlic, and honey in a small bowl. Stir in soy sauce, pineapple juice, and vinegar. Spray or grease bottom of baking dish. Place chicken in the dish and brush with the honey mixture. Baste every 5 minutes or so, until cooked through.
