Holy friggin yummy! These are horrible! I only made a half a batch and I wanna eat them all! I figured out the issue with not being able to find espresso powder. Zaar says I can use 1/2 cup instant coffee granules as a substitute. I still used 1/2 cup of Kahlua so my brownies are a little soft, but that's ok :) I didn't make the glaze, but my family believes a truly good brownie recipe doesn't need additional topping.Reply
