Glazed Corned Beef

"This has to be one of the best dishes - It's best to make extra sauce and as soon as the corned beef comes out add a chopped medium cabbage. Spoon extra sauce over corned beef as well as cabbage. So good."

  • In slow cooker, cover corned beef with water. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Drain cooked corned beef; place on broiler pan or oven-proof platter, combine mustard, horseradish, wine vinegar, and molasses. Brush all sides of meat. Brown in 400F oven for about 20 minutes, or until it begins to brown; brush with sauce several times while browning.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
