- 1 cup japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie brand)
- 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon red peppers or 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients well with wire whisk in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate unused portion.
